Our national cleaning services are not only tailored to the needs of our clients but also address the complexities and demands of each location we clean, providing our clients with a clean, safe and hygienic work environment 365 days a year. To achieve this, our specialist teams apply a combination of Lean tools and methodology, process mapping, innovative equipment and industry-leading technology specifically for the required task.
We employ over 2,200 cleaning colleagues within multiple sectors throughout the UK and we’re transforming the traditional perception of cleaning services by providing clear career pathways for our frontline colleagues, through learning and development opportunities.
All our cleaning operatives are BICs trained and deliver the highest cleaning standards throughout continual training and everyday experience.
Our cleaning colleagues work to defined activity and task cards bespoke to our clients needs. These activities generally include traditional and flat mopping, vacuuming, damp wiping and high & low level cleaning.
Our colleagues are always supported by our dedicated operational and support management teams to ensure they have the right equipment to deliver the required tasks.
Arcus offer FM services across private and public sectors providing cleaning services in retail, commercial offices, distribution & fulfilment centres and transport industries.
Our UK network of Cleaning Managers are responsible for delivering high quality cleaning services to our clients across all business sectors to ensure each site operate safe, smart, efficient, cost-effective services that do not compromise on safety.
Arcus managers support with recruiting and developing their cleaning teams to a high level of cleaning standards as BICs assessors. Ensuring all compliance paperwork is present and up to date, delivering toolbox talks and managing timesheets are just some of the day to day priorities to ensure client satisfaction, and that everyone gets home safe.
