THE ARCUS STORY SO FAR . . .

We began as a small company in 2009. Thanks to our brilliant team, we quickly became much bigger. We have a vision: To become a great FM business, the envy of others. Every single day, we move closer to making that vision a reality. This is the story of Arcus so far

Our objective

Our objective is to be a technology-led partner and our culture of innovation specifically targets improved service outcome standards, better colleague experiences and the use of technological solutions allows us to work smarter, better and faster.

Remote monitoring

Our remote monitoring systems enables us control of all the refrigeration units, heating, ventilation, lighting, energy metering, photovoltaics and biomass, giving us a truly global view of the health of the assets across our clients’ estate. From this, we can effectively optimise our clients’ assets, saving them energy and cost.

Industry-leading methodologies

We’re constantly looking to implement innovation and research methods of controlling, managing, delivering and measuring benefits we can develop and test for our clients. We utilise a range of industry-leading methodologies, so if you’re interested in being involved in cutting edge technology and part of a company which is leading the way in FM, then we’re probably for you.

We have a clear strategy on Social Value which is underpinned by partnering with those who can support our commitment to helping those in need, as well as having a strong agenda on CSR and the environment.

ARCUS IN THE COMMUNITY

We care passionately about our colleagues but also those in our community, so we’ve identified key partners to support our work with young adults particularly from disadvantaged backgrounds (e.g. care leavers), those recently or soon to be released from prison and ex-services personnel. Outside of their role at Arcus, many of our colleagues voluntarily give help, time, money etc. to those in need

We have introduced best practices in our supply chain and are on a sustainability journey to becoming a net-zero emissions business and achieved the CO2e Assessed Organisation Carbon Footprint standard.
